There is a chapter in the 7.4 docs called "Managing disk space".

I AM TOTALLY FRUSTRATED. Every time I send something to the list, it
gets stalled, saying I am not a proper member. I've been on the list
for a long time, and never had this problem before. I write and and
write and nobody can help me!!!

Please! Can you help me?
